Available where technology permits. Taxes not included. Installation and/or activation fees may apply. Limited time offer. Cannot be combined with any other promotion on the same service. Promotions are limited to new customers or those who have disconnected their service for more than 6 months. A minimum commitment period corresponding to the promotion is required to benefit from the promotional prices. Preauthorized debits or credit card payments and service bundling on a single invoice are required. A termination fee shall be charged to customers who disconnect their service prior to the end of the contract period. Such fee shall be equal to the rebate on the sales price of the equipment, amortized over the term of the contract and multiplied by the number of months remaining in the contract period. In the absence of such rebate, the termination fee shall be equal to the lesser of $50 or 10% of the total monthly fee remaining in the contract period for each service. Channels may vary per region. Some channels may require linkage requirements due to CRTC regulation. The purchase or rental of a digital receiver is required to access Digital Television service from Cogeco. A 0.5% recurring charge will be applied to your monthly TV service and collected for the CRTC’s Local Programming Fund (LPIF). The LPIF fee applies only in certain areas based on the CRTC rules. The purchase price of the digital receiver includes an environmental handling fee (EHF) of $3.75 payable to the EPRA (Electronic Products Recycling Association). The EHF is invoiced upon purchase of the digital receiver. The environmental handling fee (EHF) payable to the EPRA (Electronic Products Recycling Association) is paid by Cogeco when electronic equipment is rented (digital receiver, modem and EMTA) and paid by the customer when the equipment is purchased. A 12 to 24 month subscription might be required. Cogeco On Demand service is offered where the technology is available and for customers who meet the Cogeco On Demand access requirements. Installation charges may apply for additional outlets. HD channels are available with the subscription to the equivalent channel in standard definition. HD receiver required. Subscription to an additional package in standard definition may be required. The High Definition Receiver, Digital Video Recorder and Whole Home DVR offers are valid only if customer is a new HD Digital TV account. Whole Home DVR supports up to 3 connected television sets. Each television set requires one HD receiver compatible with the Whole Home DVR.
Download and upload speeds can vary with Internet traffic, remote peers, your network configuration, the use of wireless equipment and other factors. After the promotional period, the standard rate will apply. A 6-month subscription is required. Standard modem rental included in all prices. Downloading standard movies, assuming an average Standard Definition 2 hours movie uses about 1 GB; HD movies assuming an average High Definition 2 hours movie uses about 2.5 GB, and MP3 files assuming an average high-quality, MP3 file uses about 5 Megabytes. Other factors can also have an impact on the downloads. Wi-Fi hotspots are free to access for Cogeco High Speed Internet subscribers. Please refer to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms & Conditions documents for more information. The Cogeco Security Services suite is $2 per month with Cogeco High Speed Internet Express 5 and Express 10 and is included in all other packages. Additional charges will apply for exceeding bit cap usage allowed for each Cogeco specific packages; visit Cogeco.ca/HighSpeedInternetQuebec for details. Usage rates may be changed by Cogeco upon 30-day notice for. As mentioned in the AUP, the customer is entirely responsible for his Internet service usage and for the security of any devices, wireless, or Wi-Fi systems he chooses to utilize or interconnect to Cogeco's network. We recommend to all our subscribers that they take appropriate steps to secure from misuse any such equipment accordingly.
Cogeco Home Phone is a residential service and must only be used for residential purposes. A 6 month subscription is required. The minutes included in each long distance plan offered are calculated on a calendar month basis. If the number of minutes included in the chosen long distance plan is reached within a given month, the additional minutes will be charged in extra at the then current rate, per minute per country, applicable for the remaining of the month. International Long distance plans are conditional to a subscription to one of our Home Phone packages. The Basic Line Home Phone package offer includes a subscription to a free calling feature for the first 6 months. After the promotional period of 6 months, the then current standard rate will apply.To qualify for this offer, you must subscribe to 2 service(s), including Cogeco Digital Cable TV or Cogeco High Speed Internet.
