NOTICE OF HEARING - The CRTC will hold a hearing commencing on 7 September 2016 at 9 a.m. at the Conference Centre, Portage IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec to consider the licence renewal applications of several terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertakings (BDUs) (including Cogeco Cable Canada LP and Cogeco Cable Québec General Partnership) and to review the practices of all BDU licensees in regard to the small basic service and flexible packaging requirements. NOTICE OF HEARING - The CRTC will hold a hearing on July 13, 2016, at 11 a.m. at CRTC Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec on the application presented by Cogeco Cable Canada GP Inc., on its behalf and on behalf of licensed subsidiaries, for authority to effect a corporate reorganization that would require the issuance of new broadcasting licences.
